A beautiful mahogany secretary made in Sweden during the late part of the Gustavian period ca 1790-1810. The secretary is veneered with stunning mahogany and decorated with simple brass details and hardware. Interior with several drawers and compartments. Top made of a lighter gray stone. Tapered and channeled legs. Cut of corners with brass filled channels. Depth with the writing slat open: 19 in.
